DSF 2027 Art Calendar Contest

The Signature Calendar is a cornerstone of Dolphin Scholarship Foundation, reflecting the strength, resilience, and commitment of submarine families while advancing educational opportunities for the next generation, DSF is currently supporting 140 scholars and building on decades of support to help the next generation of scholars achieve their academic goals.

Contest Rules

1.  A total of twelve drawings and photographs will be chosen for the 2027 calendar.

2.  Artwork is to be humorous, and submarine themed in nature.

3.  All cartoons must be:

• Original artwork, not AI generated.
• Hand drawn or computer generated.
• Hand drawn images must be outlined in black ink, however, color may be used as filler.
• Landscape orientated on 11” x 8.5” white paper.
• At least 300 dpi in PNG, JPG, or PDF format.

4. All photographs must be:

• Your original work.
• Depict non-sensitive activities related to submarines, such as homecoming, command functions, and activities.
• Previously unpublished.
• At least 300 dpi in PNG, JPG, or PDF format.

5.  Please include, on a separate piece of paper if mailing:

• Artist’s Name – If current or former military member: rank/rate and duty station.
• If dependent: sponsor’s name, rank/rate, and artist’s age (under 18).
• Mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number.

6.  Please DO NOT fold entry if mailing. Entries must be received by August 1, 2026.
