“Being a Dolphin Scholar recognizes the hard work I have done, my accomplishments, and the effort I have put into my schoolwork. This honors my father and his time serving in the Navy on the USS Gato. This allows me to focus on my schoolwork, and give back to my community through Young Life, and as a volunteer track coach. I look forward to continuing to work diligently in my studies as I pursue my degree in Education and one day teach in a second grade classroom.”
